It’s the middle of February and already your New Year resolution to get into shape isn’t picking up as much as you would like. If this is your case, here’s a very effective challenge for you. Try eating like a vegan for a month.
When you eat like a vegan, you can eat as many vegetables, fruits, beans, and whole grains as you like. What you shouldn’t eat is any animal products, like any types of meats, fish, eggs or milk from any animals. You also shouldn’t eat anything that is made from or contains any animal products, like butter or bake goods that contain eggs, and limit your sugar consumption.
Eating like a vegan at first is hard. One of the best tips out there is to not rush into it. Before you commit yourself to this challenge, you should learn more about it first.

This challenge will change your body because it will be detoxing. You will have more energy, feel more alert, and would even lose some weight. Your skin will look great, it will become smoother, more tone, and your chances of breaking out will be severely reduced. Your hair and nails will grow faster, and your hair will also become shinier.
Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest. This challenge is not about becoming vegan. Being a vegan is a lifestyle, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the benefit of their way of eating.
